On November 20, the 7th China International Industrial Design Expo opened at the Wuhan International Expo Center. This UV-C LED ultraviolet sterilizer uses geometric optical design, multi-media penetration simulation and multi-physical field numerical simulation to inject all ultraviolet light into the reaction chamber, forming an efficient ultraviolet radiation area without shadows in it, and sterilizing the water.
After studying the convection state, we found the factors that have a greater impact on the sterilization effect. By changing the inlet and outlet posture of the sterilizer and rotating the water body, the maximum flow rate in the reaction chamber is reduced, and the ultraviolet radiation dose absorbed by the water body is more uniform; the water body rotates through the irradiation area, which improves the ultraviolet light efficiency. The minimum ultraviolet radiation dose received by potential microorganisms is comprehensively improved, which better guarantees the sterilization effect of the sterilizer.
Through RED-CFD coupling simulation analysis, the core parameters such as the ultraviolet sterilization dose of the equipment, light source configuration, and water flow rate are quantitatively determined to ensure the high performance and reliability of the product.
The high-power LED ultraviolet sterilizer uses water cooling to dissipate the heat of the light source, taking the water in the pipeline, without the need for special equipment, saving investment costs, small size and high efficiency.
UV-C LED ultraviolet disinfection devices are widely used in the field of water treatment. With the continuous improvement of WPE, the future expansion space will be immeasurable.
