UV LED Chip
UV LED chips manufactured by UVLEDTEK adopt MOCVD (metal organic chemical vapor deposition) epitaxial growth technology, and introduce component gradient quantum wells and gradient electron blocking layers in the AlN buffer layer / AlGaN quantum well structure design to achieve:
Full band coverage: accurately control the wavelength range (UVA 320-400nm/UVB 280-320nm/UVC 200-280nm) to meet the professional needs of air/water/surface disinfection (265nm), curing (365nm), medical phototherapy (311nm) and other scenarios.
High light efficiency performance: through the pyramid nano-patterned substrate and high and low speed pulse epitaxial healing technology, the dislocation density is reduced and the electro-optical conversion efficiency (WPE) is improved, and the large-scale mass production of deep ultraviolet LED chips is successfully realized.
Environmentally friendly: mercury-free environmentally friendly design, in line with international standards, power consumption is reduced by more than 70% compared with traditional mercury lamps.

Innovative use of ceramic flip chip and high reflectivity electrode (HRM) technology to achieve:
Extremely compact: the package size is as low as 1.6mm×1.6mm, supporting SMT fully automated mounting, suitable for miniaturized devices such as household water purifiers and portable disinfection sticks.
Efficient heat dissipation: based on AlN heat sink substrate and microchannel thermal design, the junction temperature (Tj) is ≤85℃, and the life span exceeds 20,000 hours, meeting the needs of industrial-grade continuous operation.
Optical optimization: integrated SWDL (secondary wavelength conversion layer) and beam collimation technology, the light output efficiency is increased by 32%, and the half-power angle (HPBW) is precisely controlled.
UV LED Module
UV LED module: system-level innovation of modular solutions.
Integrating multi-chip arrays, constant current drive circuits and intelligent temperature control systems, providing dual modes of standardized products and customized development.
Standardized module: pre-integrated PID temperature closed-loop control and overcurrent protection mechanism, supporting plug-and-play, suitable for water treatment equipment (1-120 tons/hour processing capacity), air disinfection machine and other scenarios.
Customized solution: based on RED-CFD coupling simulation technology, it provides full-dimensional customization of high power density, spot shape (point/line/surface light source), interface protocol (RS485/MODBUS), and has been applied to high-end scenarios such as biosafety laboratories.
System-level performance: through the coordinated optimization of light field and flow field, the ultraviolet radiation uniformity is high, and the sterilization efficiency is ≥99.99%.
